There is a unique mid-rise condo community down to their last 2 Penthouses.  They have slashed the prices almost in half to get them sold:

National Builder Offers 4.875% APR 30 yr. fixed for all inventory homes!!!

I received an email this morning and wanted to share it with you immediately. For this week only, one of the nation’s most successful builders is offering a 4.875% 30-year fixed mortgage on all completed homes. These are homes ready to close in the next 30-60 days. Not only that, but some communities have an additional incentive of up to 6% for the buyer to use toward closing costs or down payment. This is incredible! They have communities all over city. Their communities are made up mostly of single-family homes, but there are a few townhouse communities also. They have a wide range of prices, from the $140,000s to the $400,000s. Whatever your price range, whatever your side of town, I can find it for you.

This promotion is only good until the builder sells all the homes it set aside for this low interest rate. Inventory homes are piling up and that is where the best savings are right now. {An “inventory home” is a home that is complete and ready to close, but there is no buyer. There are two ways this can happen: 1. The builder builds a home with predetermined upgrades anticipating a buyer will be interested in a home ready in 30-60 days instead of wanting to wait 8 months to build one. 2. A person pays to have the home built but is unable to close on the home once it is complete. } Either way, this is where the best deals are right now across the city. Here are the best ones I could find:

1. 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms with bonus room and 3-car garage: WAS $475,530 NOW $399,900

2. 4/3.5 with a 2-car garage and huge kitchen: WAS $695,595 NOW $474,990

3. 4/2.5 with a 3-car garage and huge master bedroom with sitting area: WAS $414,990 NOW $332,990
