I have received a number of promotions all at once. So, I decided to combine them into a long posting.
1. Arguably the builder with the most unique and varied floor plans in the city is have an incredible weekend sale. They are offering up to $40,000 off their inventory homes for April 18-20. They have single-family home great communities in the Northside and Southside of Jacksonville. Their homes range from $200,000-$500,000.
2. A builder with a community near the new Oak Leaf Town Center is offering to pay all CDD fees (email if you are not sure what these are) in their new community. This is a significant savings, up to $1700/year!
3. Another builder with great communities across the city is offering 10% off upgrades if you choose to build. This is a good savings as most people add 10-15% of the homes cost in upgrades. The builder’s offer could save $2000-$5000, depending on the options you choose.
