In my experience, the best deals always happen when a community is selling their last homes.  This luxury community only has 3 homes left!  They are incredibly priced for the community, location and quality.  Below is the information on these last 3 single-family homes.

Hello all,

This particular builder typically “builds to suit”.  As a buyer, you choose the lot and upgrades and build the home you want.  In some cases, the buyers are unable to close on the home they have designed.  This means the home comes back to the builder.  When the builder has to sell the house again, they usually sell the house for a HUGE discount.  What is unfortunate for some can be a great deal for you!  This builder rarely keeps much inventory.  All of these homes are single-family home.  Here is what they have right now:
